Banana Oat Meal Cookies using Raisins.

Banana bread breakfast biscuits. Normally I'd say normal biscuits, but since these taste like banana bread AND oatmeal, I am very fairly in love. And when chocolate chips are thrown in the mix? OMG!

Plus they only take 15 minutes to create and clock in at about 60 calories per cookie. YES!

This truly isn't a recipe. It is me telling you how to mix two items together for sweet pride you don't have to feel guilty about.

For reals. No weird processed ingredients out of a box. Virtually all natural substances.

Dairy free. Gluten Free (utilize GF yogurt ). Nut free. Vegan. Vegetarian. I believe that they're a fantastic breakfast (or healthy treat!) For whoever you are. That is unless you are allergic to peanuts or yoghurt. Sorry!

The options are endless with these small bites! Try adding in some of the following to create it your own:

vanilla extract

Vanilla beans

Chocolate chips

Banana and oats bake together to make easy breakfast cookies that tasty such as banana bread!

INGREDIENTS





If wanted you can add in some of the following:

vanilla extract

Vanilla beans

Chocolate chips

Peanut butter chips

butterscotch

dried cranberries

raisins

Chopped almonds, almond or pecans

coconut flakes

cocoa nibs

INSTRUCTIONS



Put ginger in blender or food processor and mix until oats act as the consistency of flour; it's okay if it is not absolutely soil.

In large bowl mixed mashed banana with oats till smooth. Add 1/2 cup of your favourite add in; I used dark chocolate chips and a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Drop dough by large tablespoons onto cookie sheet; sew a little with a rubber spatula. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until cookies are set. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack. Cookies can keep in a covered container for a few days, or they can additional hints be frozen and reheated. Makes about 16 biscuits.
